How we do it
Layout first, then framing.
Before the first stud goes in, we lay the walls out from the drawings and walk the layout with you. Catching a door swing or a wall location on the floor is cheaper than moving a framed wall.
We coordinate with electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough-in so blocking and openings are where they need to be before the walls close up.

Do you only frame, or can you hang drywall too?
Both. The same MB crew carries framing through drywall, finishing, ceilings, paint and flooring. You can hire us for framing alone or for the full interior package.
Do you install blocking and backing?
Yes. We install blocking and backing shown on the drawings for casework, wall-mounted equipment and accessories, and we confirm locations with you before the walls are boarded.
Can you work as a subcontractor to my general contractor?
Yes. We bid framing as a single trade or as part of an interiors package for general contractors across the Charlotte region.
